A dihydrochloride salt of Flunarizine, which is a non-selective calcium antagonist. It is used in treating migraine, vertigo, peripheral vascular disease and also used as a therapy for epilepsy. It is a moderate antihistamine, serotonin receptor blocker and dopamine D2 blocker. It is a fluorinated derivative of Cinnarizine .
