Domiphen and its Impurities

Domiphen is used for the treatment of Acute Infectious Dental Diseases. It is a quaternary antiseptic with actions and uses similar to those of cationic surfactants. It has potent activity on blockade of human ether-a-go-go related gene (HERG) channels.
